Hi Everyone,
I'm a long time lurker and first time poster on this forum! I've been meaning to introduce myself for ages but have only just summonsed up the courage. Firstly I'd like to say what an inspiration some of you are, some of the weightloss on this forum is amazing
Secondly, I was looking for some advice. I started my diet about a year ago and have gone from a BMI of 33 to just over a BMI of 25, so I'm sort of getting to the end of my diet, but I was wondering how you guys chose your goal weight? Initially I said I wanted to get to a BMI of 25, and anything else was a bonus, but now I'm nearly there, and while obviously I'm really pleased with the result, I think I could do with losing a bit more, but am not quite sure where to aim!
Any help or advice would be gratefully received!
