Is it ok to have semi soft goats cheese on Induction

I have one of those small round ones you can get in Tesco
looking at me from the fridge
saying Eat me Eat me with a cold meat platter haha!!
for lunch tomorrow

plus how big a portion size should I make it

Hi Kally, have you looked at the label. I think most full fat cheeses have only 1g of carbs per 100g so it should be fine :)

Cheese is usually OK, but check the carb count. I'm one of the unlucky ones, cheese used to stall me, and even now I'm in maint if I eat too much cheese I put on weight. :(

I actually couldn't resist the temptation yesterday
so eventually after hours of it shouting Eat me
I had it for my supper treat ( after finishing the late shift at work )
As you get to know me, you'll soon discover I have a bit of a cheese addiction ;)
So i'm really praying it doesn't make me stall Jim
