For the first time since doing SW, I have just eaten my tea,and it was so yummy and now I feel so guilty, I had SW burgers (made form extra lean mince), SW chips, and fried onions (using fry light), Im doing an EE day so everything was free so why do I feel so guilty lol

Just goes to show how normal this diet is as apposed to cut out all carbs, juice everything, count points for everything that touches your lips. SW is just eat normally in a healthy way - no guilt needed

I've lost 9 stone eating sausage butties, full English brekkies, Sunday roast dinners, burgers and chips and crisps with lashings and lashings of hot chocolate. How many other people can say that?

I find that I have EE days where I have to re check if my meals are really ok! I had 2 really big eating days on EE this week, and was doubtful it would allow me to lsoe weight. But I lost 3lb!! So don't feel guilty at all.

It does make me consider portion size a lot more though, as it's not healthy to feel stuffed after a meal.

I made the creamy carbonara that's in this months magazine, I halved everything as I was only making it for two, and the portion was much bigger than I was expecting. It was super yummy too!

Since joining SW I haven't had the urge to snack as often as I used to and I think it's down to the bigger meals I've been having.
