ProPoints Goddess Salad Dressing

    I Love this Dressing and hopefully someone will else will enjoy it too


    1. Big handfull of Fresh Basil leaves
    2. 4 x Anchovies from a small tin in oil (freeze the rest)
    3. 2 x Tbsp of Low fat Natural Yogurt
    4. 1 x Tsp of Dijon Mustard
    5. 1 x Clove of Garlic
    6. 2 x Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    7. 2 x Tbsp of White wine vinegar
    Wazzz it all up in a blender till smooth :) I usually add some water too , makes it runnier. I count about 1pp per tbsp as i usually have it in a jug and It lasts me through the week , but if you wanna be safer count 2pp
