I Love this Dressing and hopefully someone will else will enjoy it too
I usually add some water too , makes it runnier. I count about 1pp per tbsp as i usually have it in a jug and It lasts me through the week , but if you wanna be safer count 2pp

its amazing with chicken and rocket 
- Big handfull of Fresh Basil leaves
- 4 x Anchovies from a small tin in oil (freeze the rest)
- 2 x Tbsp of Low fat Natural Yogurt
- 1 x Tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 1 x Clove of Garlic
- 2 x Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 x Tbsp of White wine vinegar
