Going at it alone... but advice pleaseee!!

    I want to start weight watchers next week.. but think i am going to do it alone. What books do i need as i am going to get them off ebay i think!? Any more advice would be appreciated :) xxx

    I have just joined and got a free week and free registration coupon off the weight watchers web site. If you then pop along to group you will get the first part of the pack to start you on your way at no expense to yourself whatsoever x

    You definitely need a calculator - theyre half price at classes just now. Id also suggest an Eating Out Book and a Shopping Guide :)

    With the offers on atm it will be cheaper to go to class to get what you want rather than buy on ebay. You dont have to go back if you dont want to, good luck anyway

    I too agree go to class its quicker than waiting for ebay stuff its bang upto date and you can get it free,then if you want to do it alone you have all you need but you may like group?
    Im aloner ;) but I didnt like my 2 local groups so thats the reason I do it at home and saves me the weekly fee xx
