my holiday is in 18 days were going to north wales and to a haven we usually book a caravan but this year were going half board for 2 weeks.so im a bit worried i will put the weight back on. breakfast is easy as its buffet but eve meal is a 3 course i dont want to ruin my weight loss so far but also want to enjoy myself i know we are hopefully going to be doing a fair bit of walking and swimming but i dont want to undo all the hard work. what to do.......:sigh:
