going on holiday

i'm off on holiday in 4wks for 2wks in the sun but it is all inclusive and i am scared if it all comes back on i have another 4wks left of LT and i have wrote out my breakfast,lunch and tea for the day..... fruit followed by a salad then fish or chicken and veg with fruit drink plenty of water there is tennis etc so i can do exercise but i am quite nervous.:sigh:.
