Red Days Going red

Hi ive been doing ee the whole time on sw but thinking a week of red every now and then may speed my losses a bit

Can someone please tell me the jist of red days, I get its meat based limited carbs and u get 2 hexa and b's but how does it work if u want pasta or a jacket pot, how do u syn it?
 
Thats it basically - pasta and potatoes are either synned or you can have a fixed amount as a HEB. Potatoes need to have their skins on and pasta would need to be wholemeal to count as a HEB though xx
