Going to my first class tonight

It was a little scary but glad I went. Obviously I weighed more and that upset me a little when I got home but I expected it so dont know why lol. Looking forward to next week, my boss and co-worker will 100% be coming with me then!

Glad it went ok Sarah-jayne and im sure those numbers will be going down next week!!

I think going to class will be just what you need, Sometimes just being able to chat to people that are in the same boat as you face to face can give you a real boost and determination. I know i couldnt do it with out class! x
