3 weeks down (almost) and just over a stone lighter, I am going to start re-feeding either next week or week after..

Really getting bored on this now lol... I will refeed for 2-3 weeks and then prob go to slimming world..

Bring on the no/ low carb foooood....

If you can stick it out til you get to goal though I would, I would say you only have a few more weeks to go, and the losses on slimming world wont be as good as this so you may feel a bit disapointed xxx
