Gok Wan

Gok Wan got skinny on a so-called 'crazy' diet, and stayed that way. Just wondered if anyone knows what diet he did?

I recently finished his autobiography "Through Thick and Thin" excellent read. He starved himself and was anorexic for a number of years. Still battles with it so not a road we want to take...

He also abused laxatives to lose the weight, so definitely wouldn't recommend it!

I've heard bad things about abusing laxatives.
