    On a DD today so I've got some porridge (100cal) and a Greek muller yog (70cal) as well as a bag of special k break (99).

    I've been invited out tonight to a house party with food/drink which is going to be a real struggle as I've got no self control.

    I'm so full of cold and have an awful chest so I'm
    Debating staying at home and having a pj night instead!!! X

    Good luck if you go to the party, if you are not well & not going to eat or drink I'd have thought you'd be miserable, I couldn't do it. Take care!
