Hi

Can I be cheeky and ask for one more syn value? Im just trying to clear out my freezer and wondering if anything I have will fir in with the diet plan.

Im gonna hopefully join a class soon so will be able to get a newer directory than my 2007 one.

Im looking for the syn value for:

Sainsburys party bites - chicken breast satay (20 in a pack on sticks)

I've had a look through my 2009 directory and I cann't find them in there, sorry. The nearest I can get is something like the chicken tikka fillets and they are free. Maybe somebody else can find it out for you. Good luck.
