I couldn't do it either. I feel like I ate everything in sight I feel so sick.
I think in reality I didn't eat as much as I have done previously, but the change I have had in the last few weeks in my food choices has definitely made me go off high fat food, especially crisps which I didn't think was possible
Good luck for getting back on track and I hope there is limited damage when you get weighed again
I've not done too bad today, i've slightly gone over syns but nothing too dramatic. I do need to pull back though next week, i had a montser troff session on Xmas Eve and yesterday wasn't too bad, but i ate bits of this and that just because it was there.
Im not being weighed now until i start class again in Jan so hopefully i wont have done too much damage if i go 100% next week.
