Gonna take a break

I've not been sticking to plan at all - can't get motivated and yesterday (because my gain threw my into a mini-depression) I ate a whole pack of Sainsbury's speciality biscuits and a big fat cream cake :break_diet:

I know me and this is what I do when I get discouraged. If I step away now and decide I'm not trying to lose weight just now I'll eat normally and may at least maintain.

I'll be back when my mind is the "right place".

Bye for now.

Hi Kay, sometimes its the only thing to do is to step back and give yourself some breathing room, if we sort our head out first the rest is so much easier to do, see you back here when your ready. xxx
