I've not been sticking to plan at all - can't get motivated and yesterday (because my gain threw my into a mini-depression) I ate a whole pack of Sainsbury's speciality biscuits and a big fat cream cake :break_diet:
I know me and this is what I do when I get discouraged. If I step away now and decide I'm not trying to lose weight just now I'll eat normally and may at least maintain.
I'll be back when my mind is the "right place".
