Good first months followed by....

....falling on my face for the next month.:break_diet:

I thought I might stay the same this week as I just 'felt heavier' this week for no known reason.

It could be the bars as I know I am carb sensitive. I may have to give them to my other half to hide and just SS on shakes. Been meaning to do this all week as felt heavy and that I am not burning fat.

Cant do it under my own steam as I love the bars. Will just have to hand them over and say do not give them to me until next month at the least.

I have to do this, I can feel my weight loss come to a complete halt and the only thing I can think is different is having bars more often.

Pooh I think of the bars as my new friends!:psiholog: need a shrink, food is not friend material!
