:cry:Not weigh day till Friday but......as we do, had a little look today and after 2 gorgeous meals out since Saturday I have gained 5 1/2lb:eek: and I still have another meal out on Thursday. I know its not fat as such but flippin heck peeps it just goes to show what eating food that isn't on plan like cream, butter yummy lovely deserts and creamy curries will do to you. Got to go for damage limitation this week now and hope for the best and then back into it full swing till christmas dinner, and then full pelt till target reached. So, if you are eating foods not on the SW plan, expect to get your hands bitten and don't whinge, just except it and move on, but make sure you correct your mistakes. xx

Wow isn't it amazing how quickly the weight starts going back on if you let things slip a little? Bet you enjoyed all that lovely food though! Meals out and drinks etc are a problem for most people at this time of the year but I'm sure we'll all be back to plan 100% after Christmas!!

Don't worry hun - it's amazing how much the scales can change in 24hours. If you're back on plan and drink lots of water/eat lots of SS foods you can probably limit the damage.
