I lost the inevitable 1lb again this week, LOL..... but, I am happy with that.

i gained 2 which i was expecting after my weekend away,soam ok with it. Back on track now-onwards and downwards

I also gained 2lbs this week but I have only myself to blame ~ 12days to lose it before hols.
