Hello everyone. Hope you are all well? Just a little message as wondering how people done over the weekend? I was naughty yesterday and had a chinese takeaway!! :-(
It was very nice but not sure if it was worth sabotaging the diet for. I get weighed in tomorrow. I really hope i have lost something!! I have walked 10 miles this week so that should count for something.......i hope.

Hi Paul, i am sure you will be fine, sometimes the treats are too hard to resist. i allow myself a treat day, so every sunday after i have weighed myself i can have what i want, so last night i was also naughty and had a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings! but i am back to being good today!
let us know how ur weigh in goes!

im sure you will be fine lovey. i think if we are honest most peple have a treat day or just even one treat meal. i have mine on thursdays after ive been weighed we have a takeaway and either cheesecake or some icecream mmmmm

been crap this weekend. was ok saturday until OH started eating some ben and jerry's in the evening and i ate some...then later on we had an argument, so i went and ate 3 slices of buttered toast and 2 packs of McCoys! ARGH!!!

then, on sunday i didn't eat until 4pm, which was a shop bought egg mayo sandwich. we then went to a chinese resteraunt and i ate ok, but i had a small piece of birthday cake. this would have been ok but i got home and ate 3 slices of buttered toast and a few chocolate biscuits!

i am going to do succcess express for the rest of the week to try and undo the damage and plan on doing exercise every day as i'm not at work.

got the hump with myself this morning!

thanks - am thinking of walking 4 miles into the town centre (if OH has left his ipod at home) then go to the cinema and get the bus home :) ....i'm trying to con myself into exercising! lol

I am going for a 4 mile walk tonight too!! A total off 10 miles this week. Getting ready for my weigh in tomorrow. Good luck with your walk.

gl tomorrow pauls hun you will be fine im sure. i havent been able to go to gym today with the kids being off school but might take them for a walk too

Often as a treat I get a chinese - but I get the chow mein (noodles are free on green!). It's a great way to feel like I'm treating myself and still stay within my syn values. I've lost every week so far, despite having a chinese each Friday night. You know it's a beautiful thing.

I'm sure you will be fine. The week before last I had a Chinese on the Friday but on the Monday I still lost 2lbs!
