good recipe idea

Hello everyone, İ am new to this but İ am just having my dinner and wanted to share a delicious meal that has virtually not fat or calories in it.

You will need
Spinach
Chopped Onion
Tomato Paste and water
Natural yoghurt

First İ mixed the chopped onion into the mixture of tomoto paste and water and put it in a large pan. No oil or butter is needed. When the onion is cooked add the spinach and boil until cooked. Leave for 5-1 minutes and add natural yoghurt. İt does not sound appetising but believe me it is amazing and the tomato paste feels like your being bad but there is virtually nothing in it...enjoy =)
