I got a cross trainer around 6 weeks ago and have been using it every other day since. I have had surgery on my knees twice and am pretty overweight with a starting BMI of 46 (now a bit lower, yay!), so i had to go VERY carefully with any exercise. However, the cross trainer has been brilliant, feeling no impact on my knees at all and an all round great exercise. I started off not being able to do more than a few minutes but now do 30 minute sessions and burn off a good amount of calories, which gets higher each week

. I love being able to exercise in my PJ's without the hassle of having to get kitted up for the gym and hunt for childcare for my 3 year old.
Definitely recommend it 100%.
