    Hi everyone. I had my Thursday weigh in and down 4 pounds this week! That brings me below the obesity level and now am overweight. I am very pleased and sorry, but wanted to brag a little. :)
    Next step...not to be overweight.

    Well done - that's brilliant, such an inspiration. I think not being obese must be my first proper goal. For the first time in ages, it seems an achievable target.

    Thats great - well done. It must be a great feeling? I have a fair way to go yet but am looking forward to the day when i drop from obesity to overweight.
