Hi all
Have had a good week this week - have written everything down and enjoyed syns!!!!
Was feeling a bit peckish at work yesterday and today so had a couple of Quaker bars in my desk Cranberry flavour - very nice although I was shocked to find out they were 7 syns!!!!!

Irene, your post suggests that you are feeling good for your good week anyway. I wouldn't worry about the bars and just remember it for the future. Get stocked up on the Alpen lights!
