Hello All!

I am new to WW... infact today is my first day! I decided to start this diary to stay on track.
I had a baby 12 weeks ago and really want to shed this baby weight and the weight that I wanted to shed before I got pregnant.
I am hoping for success like I had on Atkins 2 years ago... I lost 3 stone back then but its a really hard diet to do with a little baby taking up all your time. So here goes!

Day 1

Breakfast
Oats so simple with skimmed milk - 3.5
banana - 2

Lunch
Walkers baked - 1.5
4 marsh - 2
shape yogurt - 1
1 corguette - 0

Dinner
WW meal - 5
diet coke - 0

Snacks
2 x ww cake - 2.5
1 cup of grape - 1
ww vanilla rice - 1.5


total 20 points out of 20

Thanks all! After doing atkins this diet feels very naughty of me :)

Thursday 11th November

Breakfast

Oats so simple with water - 2
Apple - 1

Lunch

4 x ww bread - 2
flora light - 1.5
ww baked beans - 4

Dinner

ww beef & red wine casserole - 4
1 x corgette - 0
1 x fry light - 1

Snacks

shape yogurt - 1
2 x ww cake - 2

total 18.5 points / 20

Totally know what you mean I did Lipotrim before this. But this is definitely a better plan as its an appropriate way to live as opposed to getting weight down and then going back to old ways IMHO.

I am in Paris at the moment and finding it hard to stick to plan! Am trying my best but have no idea how many points everything is as my mother in law cooks everything!

Am trying to just eat healthily and will report back when home!

ryvitas with philli cheese - 2

stirfry vegetables with peanut sauce - 2

Snacks
walkers baked x 2 - 3
1/4 apple and 1/4 pear - 0.5
muller light yogurt - 1.5
ww cake - 1

2 x cups of tea - 0


Lunch
2 x tesco light choices wraps - 6
Tuna with salad cream - 2
Salad and tomatos - 0
Diet coke - 0
ww cake - 1
1 x pear - 1


Snack

4 x pink and whites - 3
Options hazelnut hot choc - 1
1/2 Options white choc - .5
1 x ww cake - 1

Dinner

ww meal - 3.5
1x courgette - 0
1/4 portion of stirfry vegetables - 0
3 x ryvitas with light cream cheese - 2.5

:( Went overboard with the pink and whites.... first time i tried them and was rather excited!

20.5 is my limit tomorrow!

2 x ww bread/ scrape flora lite - 1.5
1 x egg frylight with small dollop of bbq sauce - 2
10 x cherry tomatos - 1
1 x tea - 0


Lunch -4.5
1 x serving tesco light houmous - 2
carrot sticks/ brocolli flowers - 0
3 x ryvita with light philli cheese - 2.5
diet coke - 0


Dinner 12

3 x mini spring rolls - 1.5
1/2 portion Singapore noodles takeaway - 5.5 (estimation)
5 x prawn crackers- 5


Snacks 2.5

Starbucks toffee nut skinny latte - 2.5


23.5/22 points!


I didnt even check the points values for the chinese before I ate it! Hubby and I decided on a treat... so close to my daly allowance anyway and ill limit myself to 20.5 tomorrow to make up for it!
