that pesky 1.5lbs that i put on last week. it has gone this week, yippee.

note to self keep it off.

I am trying to be 100% this week. I have got a couple of occassions that could be tricky but i am going to work round them.

Well done! Maybe try to have less syns during the week so you can treat yourself during some of the occasions.
 
I know how you feel! I'm going away with my uni friends next week and our time together usually revolves around alcohol! I'm planning all my meals before I go and taking as much stuff as I can cram in the car. I'm also going to set myself an alcohol limit (within my syns) for the week. I really want to stick to plan!
 
Thank you. When i say occassions, I mean like a family bbq. And also lunch when I am unable to make that healthy choice. for instance i have got a choice of veg or meat lasagne for lunch with salad leaves. so need to syn this and be sensible for rest of the day.
