You saw in the program that she was eating a full Sunday dinner so I think she follows more of an 80/20 rule where she gives herself some freesome 20% of the time. Like it was said numerous times its about a lifestyle change for the weight loss to truely work. My problem is/was that I would eat the wrong food (take away, processed, high carb. high fat etc.) 100% of the time before my diet and didn't offset it with any exrecise. The longer I am in my journey the more confident I feel that I can go back and make more of those good choice than bad in order to maintain like Josie.The worse part about it she has to watch what she eats in case she puts it all back on.How can she enjoy life if she's always worrying about what she can and cannot eat.
