grated apple?

Are there any syns in grated apple. Uncooked...I just grated it and mixed it with cottage cheese and ate it with turkey sliced....lovely! But I'm panicking now in case its syns!!

I personally wouldn't syn it as it isn't cooked. If you do a search, there's a lovely lady called Shrimpy who grates apple into her poddidge in the mornings and she's at target - so can't be much wrong with it xx
