Great website for short aerobic and toning videos

No I haven't gone over to the 'Dark Side' (only joking all RC fans) but I have just been having a look at the new Rosemary Conley tv channel Rosemary Conley and there's some great recipes and better still, 7/8 mins aerobic and toning videos to watch and do to get those Body Magic awards! The channel is free and there's some great stuff on there! xxx
