i couldnt see anything really, id go for the carvery & have meat as a healthy extra if it were me(no roasties :(

Personally, I would go for...

starter: melon
main: red onion, goats cheese (HeB) and balsamic salad (from the starters menu, but as a main course)
pudding: small ice cream

Nightmare veggie choices!! I agree with silly sausage to go for 2 starters, save some hex's for the goats cheese and that would be ok. Of the main courses, the filo rolls might be ok if you don't have all the pastry and don't have any butter on the new potatoes, shouldn't be too syn laden. Good luck with your choices!
