green day ideas

any ideas on green day meals! im border of my breakfasts! esp as i have them when i get to work!
 
We can adapt green days really well if using quorn :) I usually just have yogurt and fruit, or toast, or egg on toast for brekkie or sometimes if I'm in a rush a banana and then have a hifi bar at half ten when have my coffee break.

But I think the quorn stuff that's free or the same syns as red so can adapt loads of meals, like spag bol etc.
