Green Days Green days everyday

I love green but am obviously bias! On green days you actually get 1 or 2 healthy extra a choices and 2 healthy extra b choices and no you do not need to do the 1/3 super free, again you don't need to worry about having speed foods such as beans or peas for every meal either but being speed foods the theory is that they can help speed weight loss so maybe at least one speed food a day is a good idea?!
 
I only ever plan to do Green days, mostly because I am a pasta addict but also because I get two portions of cheese. It doesn't feel like a diet at all! :D
 
I'm veggie, so always green days for me, I love the cheese aspect and quorn mince is great, not so easy when eating out, I tend to ask for a few side dishes as one, I.e jacket with cheese and salad. Xx
