Green Days, Red Days

    Ive red all the fab info on the sticky topics however I am still confused about green and red days.... do you take them in turns? (eg mon-green tues -red wed-green thurs-red etc) or is it just a please yourself kind of thing? and what are the extra easy days? I would so appreciate it if someone could quickly explain these so i can get to planning my meals before shopping tomorrow! :D

    You can follow whatever plan you want to on a daily basis

    And EE is a new(ish) plan and the basics are:

    if its free on red its free on EE
    if its free on green its free on EE
    Try to have one third of every meal as superfree foods (fruit and non-starchy veggies)
    1 x HEA
    1 x HEB
    5-15 syns a day taken daily or weekly
    Try to snack on superfree foods more than free
    If a food has a syn value on both red and green, count it as the lower of the two
