hi little miss determined of course you can as long as it's not laden with butter or cheese(unless its from ur h/e's) just follow exactly what it tells you in the book you can't go wrong there are loads of members on here that only follow the green plan have a look at a few of their diaries and see what they are eating and how much they are losing, good luck xx

I have been on red days this week and would love to do green days all the time but can you really have a nice big bowl of pasta if you want and not put weight on?
I posted similar on another post today, on a red day would you eat nothing but steak covered in sauce and expect to lose weight? Probably not so why do the same with pasta? Still have the super free to control the porion and have pasta as much as you want.

I do mostly red days, but find green days easier if I'm out an about. Today I've had a green day as I just haven't had the time to prepare a nice roast type red day evening meal. So for evening meal I had baked beans, mashed potato (milk ffom HEXA) and quorn chicken style nuggets (0.5 each).
My weight loss continues to drop each week the same whether I have red or green, seems to make no difference! x
