Green free dinner?

    Hey does anyone have an idea for my dinner tonight? I need something easyish, and I'm on Green. :) x

    Last night I had a packed out Omelette, mushrooms, onions, ham, was lovely. Tonight I am having Egg, SW chips n beans! yummy x

    Smash with sweetcorn and onion.... Quorn sausages or something like that.
    Tin or bean's or grilled tom's

    Jacket with sweetcorn, salad, Quorn Chicken.

    Pasta in Sauce, mix in 4 eggs and some extra's (ie sweetcorn,peppers, onion) pour into a dish (i line mine with tin foil... less washing up) bake for about 30 mins....yummy with salad....and if you have any HEX's left you could add some cheese!??!

    Ah thanks for the ideas!! Think I'm going to have Quorn sausages, Beans, and Eggs mmm!! Maybe even a little potato wedges if I have the energy to cook. And if my willingness to cook tonight fails, I'll be having a very easy pasta salad lol. X

    I love beef mushrooms stuffed with spring onions, laughing cow cheese, chopped button mushrooms and if you have a HEB left chopped bacon. Served on a bed of rice. Delis :)

    A quick and yummy pasta dish - onion, garlic, carrot, chilli and pepper done in fry light, add a tin of chopped toms and a tsp sweetener and simmer for 15 mins. Stir through some cooked pasta.
    A free filling meal done in 15 mins - better than any jar of sauce!!
