Well I have tried green days for two days now. Not for me I think as I am so bloated I look three months pregnant. Eaten fruit and veg Nd drank loads. Too many carbs don't work for me back to red days I think.
I only do green if I want a thai curry which i make using fresh coconut! I spend the whole day being extra good, have my curry and am back on EE the next day lol.
