Green / Red/ EE

This will sound rude and ungrateful , but I often see recipes or tips for food low in syns or free .......but they dont often say if its green / red or EE , it would be really helpful to us 'new' joiners if they did

I havnt noticed if im honest! But im sure it was a slip/blip up and the poster may of forgotten to mention what plan the recipe suits.
