Green tea question

    i have been drinking green tea this passed few days, 1 cuo fri and sat and 2 today, since my second cup i've been feeling sicky, :cry:has anyone else experienced this or is it just coincidence? was fine with 1 cup a day, was just today! :(

    Sorry I cant help you, never tried green tea. I stick to normal tea and coffee, the only herbal one I have is peppermint tea. Could just be coincidence that you are feeling sick, but next time you try it see how you feel then and stick to what you know is ok with you.

    yeah will do, was just about getting into it and feeling virtuous too, had hoped I would carry on drinking it after LT so hope is a coincidence!

    I haven't been adventurous enough to try others simply because I enjoy normal tea and coffee black. I use the peppermint to give the chocolate shake a change of flavour.

    Anyway, hopefully you get over the sicky feeling soon.

    Slimming World, Dietchef, Lipotrim - now maintaining (I hope!).
    I like green tea - and I like the fact it counts towards your water intake. I find if i make it too strong it makes me feel a bit queer.... might that be something to do with it??
