When i'm in sainsburys i always pick up the feed your family for a fiver recipie cards. Started slimming world last week and adapted this one for lunch.
In a deep pan brown off some quorn pieces in frylight.
Add 1 level tbsp of thai green curry paste, I used sharwoods and it comes in at 0.5 syns.
In a jug put half a stock cube and some hot water, i made half a pint.
Into your pan add one packet of bathchelors low fat supernoodles, dont add the flavour sachet though!!
Pour the stock over to cover
I added some brocolli and some baby corn and spring onions finely chopped..
wait for stock to be reduced and serve...
That's enough for 2... i really enjoyed it
