Oh strange. Well in mine it says you can "add about 2 tablespoons of any veg from the following:
Asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, courgettes, cucumber, lettuce (all kinds), spinach.
Flavours can be increased and enhanced by the use of calorie free dresings and seasonings. Avoid oil based salad dressings and those containing fat". Do you know what meat you can have?
just chicken i was told im on ss but i have been dizzy and i was advized to have a ssplus meal for strength so im gunna try it
oh right. Well on SS+ you can have:
120g chicken or turkey breast (without skin)
190g cod, haddock or other white fish
250g steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225g cottage cheese
