Hi there, I am still lurking but not feeling good at the moment. Normally, I can have a meal out and then go back to normal eating and the weight comes back off but for some strange reason over the last week, the weight didn't come off, it started to creep up.... still felt I was eating the same "normal" stuff though and had even stopped making desserts, so wasn't eating them. So when I realised I had put on 3lb I decided I had to do something about it, so decided to go back to 1000 plan as I have some Cambridge Diet meals left (I am just so frightened the weight would keep on creeping on), but although I lost 1.5lb the first day I followed 1000 plan, I have now put weight on again today despite actually going to the toilet (TMI I know) before I weighed (I still have to take tablets to "go", all the fibre I eat hasn't helped). So now despite following the plan have put on weight and dont know what to do... I feel like everything is out of control. I never wanted to go back on Cambridge to control my weight, and I have had to... I wanted to eat "normally" to maintain my weight and appear to be failing at that although I was succeeding at first. So nothing is going right at the moment. Maybe I am not drinking enough water, but I am fed up running to the toilet every 5 minutes, but am trying to up my water today... and I have no idea about my TOTM as 2 packs of pills ago I was on holiday so due to really horrendous periods where I cannot leave the house for a couple of days doctor said to take 2 packs one after the other so didn't have a period, then this time my doctor has changed my pills so told me to take one pack after the other which I have done, so period should be due when this packet is finished which is another 2 weeks away, so shouldn't be weight gain because of this. Grrrrr just when I thought I had everything under control too.....
