Hey all. I've been really struggling for the last two weeks and have recently joined here in the hope that it might get me going again. Having spent some time browsing I think maybe the food diary is the way to go. Be warned anyone reading, when I break I break big time and can be found eating all kinds of rubbish. I'm hoping that recording it here will shame me into being good.
Tomorrows Meal Plan is:

Breakfast
Bacon and Egg with peppers and onion (FREE)

Dinner
Jacket Potato with salad and something else (Hopefully FREE)

Tea
Chicken Curry with Rice (FREE)

Plus snacks as and when, Mainly Fruit

Ok, so in actual fact I have had:

Breakfast
Bacon, egg and potato frittata
Orange
2 glasses sugar free orange squash

Lunch
Jacket Potato
1x Light Cheese Triangle (HEX)
Large Salad
Sweet Chilli Sauce (1 Syn)
Orange
1 Glass SF orange Squash
1 Can Diet Coke

Tea
Change of plan. Oh took me to nandos. So it's sensible choice time.
Quarter chicken mango and lime (2 syns)
Salad no dressing
Diet coke
Strawberry frozen yogurt (not sure on syns. Guessing 2)

Before bed
Maltesser hot chocolate (2syns)

Total 7 syns

Is this looking ok?

Hard day today as have friends coming over for a meal. So need to get off to a good start.

Good day today. Great food wise but on top of that I bought my wedding dress today! It's beautiful and fits perfectly. Still hoping to lose a couple of dress sizes though but it can be taken in.

Yeah, today has not been a great day for superfree as I've been out and about. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for that.

I'm really struggling with hex's as I'm off work I'm not drinking my usual coffee. That you for bringing it to my attention. I'll work on it

Pretty mixed day today. Have felt really low and my plans for tea went very very wrong. I nearly rang oh and asked him to get takeaway, but then it occurred to me that I can always make omelette. So, today has gone something like this

Lunch
Curried egg Mayo and salad (1syn)
Banana
Orange

Tea
Mixed veg and bacon omelette
Potato wedges

Sf jelly

Starbucks skinny latte (not sure on syns)
 
Feeling really low today. Not food related but feeling so depressed. Really shouldn't. I've got the day off and have plans to meet up with a mate and stuff but all I want to do is go back to bed and cry. It's my weigh in tonight and I know I have not lost even though ive tried so so hard. Going to force myself to go though as I have to face it.
 
Ok. After a 3lb loss yesterday I'm feeling a lot better.

Well, after a weekend off to celebrate my birthday I need to get back on the wagon today. I slept through breakfast (it was a heavy weekend) so I'm starting with lunch today.
