Gregg's pastie

I've promised to post a recipe on the SW support thread on MSE for a 'fake' Gregg's pastie which I had a year or so ago but I've lost it :help2: does anyone have this recipe please?

It's not really a pasty as such and personally I found it pretty awful, just stodge basically. But if you fancy trying it, you might think differently.

you could use filo pastry which is lowish syns and put you filling in it and then fold the pastry around it to make a kind of closed envelope.
