Can anyone tell me what people are on about when they talk about joining a group? how do you go about joining one, the support would be good and i would like to be part of one.... i have only been on this site for a few day and still trying to work it out, so any advive is appreciated, thanks x

Hi there,

Do you mean joining a team on here? If you scroll to the top there is a section for CD teams and a thread called Team advertising, any spaces that come available are posted there and sometimes new teams are set up when there are lots of new people - Good luck on finding one xx
