    cambridge diet
    well i had a fantastic week after my cheat but then monday night something came over me and made me binge i dont understand how i can do it to myself! i have my weigh in at 2 2day but i dont want to be weighed untill next week so i can right what damage i have done!
    its not like i have alot to lose i lost 3lbs during the week but after monday put on 4lbs argh i feel if i get weighed at the weigh in i will have failed where as now i feel if i forget this week ever happend ill be fine and carry on as normal.
    i weigh 11 8lbs and i want to be 10 stone i feel like ill never get there if i keep binging for no reason what so ever.

    oh Sweetie please don't give yourself a hard time... if i were you i would go to your weigh in... see the damage, if any, and then just vow to have a good week!!

    If you are finding SS'ing too hard maybe you should discuss a higher option with your CDC since you don't have loads to lose??

    i gained LOADS this week but felt it was important to get weighed with CDC so that i could "officially" put my binge(s) behind me and get the extra encouragement to see me thru the week with no blips.

    if u go get weighed u may feel mentally that this is a fresh week thus a fresh start... i know it aint fun reporting blips but best to fess up and move on. ur CDC will surely want to help u get over it as well

    I always enjoy your positive, cheerleading posts. We've all experienced the dieting 'dark night of the soul' and helpful words from others who understand can make all the difference.

    You already know that your gain will be mostly 'water' and will vanish as it did before.
