Mid Morn: Apple, pear.

Lunch: Tesco Light Choices Sandwich - Chciken Salad - 8 PP
Weight Watchers Nacos - 2PP

Mid After: Apple, Alpen Bar - 2PP

Dinner: 2 slices of Wholemeal Bread - 6PP
Portion of BBeans 4PP

Total for today: 28PP

In addition prob have WW yogurt 1PP x 2 - 2PP
More Melon etc
Grand Total 30PP

Spin class after work - 45 mins high instensity - +11PP

OK its Monday -

Having done the Spin class Friday evening - which knackered me for the rest of the weekend - legs were sooooo stiff!

I ate everything in sight - why did I do this!

Went to spin class this morning - OMG legs are sooo stiff - still it must be some good mustn't it?

Weight loss this week 0st 0.9lb - I mean nearly a lb but not quite - damn this cupcakes.....all Pesty's fault....

Still a small loss is a loss I suppose...

Skimmed Milk 1
Few raspberries

Mid morn:
2 x Mallow wafers 3

Also got, Apple, banana and an apple to eat.

Ok decided to have john west light lunch for lunch with salad. 5pp I think.
Alpen bar. 2
Sour bite crisps. 3

Dinner was Cornish pasty. 15 plus loads of veg
Pud pool naughty had hot cross bun. 4pp

35pp so over today must try harder to keep within points.

When I did spinning I couldn't sit down properly for two days afterwards. Turns out my seat was too high! Loved it after that just missed a few classes and never got back in to it. Going to try to force myself back.

Well done on making two classes in a week.

Thanks Ruth - I do 3 classes a week, but can I see any difference can I heck!

Hubby says my shape is changing a little - a little-I want alot!!!:mad:

I know it doesn't happen overnight..

You should get back into it - I can't wait for it to start then 10 mins into it I can't wait for it to finish - when finished I'm pleased that I did it.

Hoping that I will see results soon - but after today I probably need to cycle faster.

Mid afternoon

Another cake 7 I know but I didnt want to bin them - its a sin...:eek:

Chicken (ready cooked chicken 200g @ 3 per 100g) Salad
= 6

Also had during day WW yogurt (1) and WW Nachos (2)
