Jaycey
Post-Menopausal Maniac!
Yes, it's meeee!! :wave_cry:
I bet you never thought I would, lol! But I know myself too well, and if anyone allows themselves to get lulled into a false sense of security, it's me, I'm afraid.
What happened was that I mucked up my maintenance whilst on holiday and thought it wouldn't matter. :d'oh: I went to Devon with my mum for a week and we had rather a lot of cream teas (AND

!!!).
When I got home I realised I'd only put on two pounds, so I thought, "Result! That'll be easy to lose!" But you see, dear readers, it didn't go! I thought I now had carte blanche to cheat here there and everywhere without putting any weight on, and here I am today having put on half a stone - just in dribs and drabs (which is how the weight went on the first place!). A biscuit here, a bit of toast there - you know how it is.

So today I'm back on the diet, and hoping I'll only have to do it for a week or two to get back to where I was (then it's back to WeightWatchers bread and NO biscuits!). I don't want to do it for any longer than that because I had a bad hair loss problem (now growing back beautifully btw) and I certainly don't want to aggravate that again.
So here goes - fingers crossed and wish me luck!! :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:
