It's me! :D

I've come back to calorie counting! I was off my rocker to have ever left you!!

I tried Weight Watchers for a week and put on a 1lb! That's a total of nearly half a stone since I plateaued on calorie counting!

I'm hoping this past month or so has shocked my body up enough, I've been eating up and down and binging so much, but now that all STOPS! ;)

I sit here writing this feeding my big fat face with food after a massive binge feeling painfully full, bloated and FAT!

See this, is a line drawn under all the faffing and not eating right ----->

Back to 1200 calories or less a day? Oh go on then ;)

Back to going to the gym 3 times a week instead of stupidly pounding it every day? Oh go on then! ;)

Back to eating in a calm and controlled way? Ohhhhhh go on then! ;)

This is it Lozzy Gozzy! You're going to get to your goal weight this time :D

And you're actually going to be happy! :D
