I'm not having much luck with the plan and have only been on it for 6 weeks! lost very little and, now i'm not saying i've been an angel but i'm not very comfortable with eating so much food and can't wrap my head around it!! i feel so guilty eating potato and pasta in the same day that i'm skimping on other things like syns and healthy extras. has anyone else felt or is feeling this way?? some advice please x:17729:
